When I plug it, it only lightlights the power ledLED.

The worst thing is that iveI've already tried with another nanoNano and it bricked also, cantcan't use them anymore..any more.Anyone Anyone know any fix to this?? Thanks

This is the error given when trying to upload the blink sketch to the board...
