Arduino not Working! Not Uploading, not uploading. HELPHelp!

couldCould anybody please help me with my problem. My arduino? My Arduino doesn't work correctly. iI was between a project, and suddenly it started acting weird. firstly First,it it started taking about 4 minsminutes to compile and a minute to upload from yesterday, iI do not know why! secondly

Second, now it doesn't accept any code at all. iI will paste the error message below.

alsoAlso, could anything be damaged as i hadI inserted the USB cable of the arduinoArduino to my power bank, rated 5V 2A, for about 30 seconds as power source and then again inserted it to the compcomputer itself.

Please help me, i. I have already tried searching on various forums, reinstalling the software and driver on my PC, pressing the reset button... noNo help so far. pls do help.
