Uploading Error: Urgentno programmer has been specified

whenever iWhenever I upload a code iI get this error:

avrdude: no programmer has been specified on the command line or the config file Specify a programmer using the -c option and try again

iI am able to upload from other PC'sPCs, andbut ever since iI got the newest I.D.EIDE, it stopped working. I even tried downgrading to 1.6.8, and still i get this error... Any help? Thanks,
