Can ESP8266 libraries use in ESP01F in SoftwareSerial? Parsing HTML GET request with params with WiFiEsp

So I'm Setting up webserver with esp-01f+arduino uno. II'm using WiFiEsp library. I want to use ESP8266Wifi librarytoggle led on. Can I use itPin will be given in UART Communication with writing WiFiGET request by url.init(&softSerial); Example: host.com/?ledpin=9 How can I parse it, then get 9 number?
