I see there is an Arduino EnergyShield available, and am wondering what (specific) solar shield/panels/attachments can be used to power it. Thoughts?

Bonus points if someone can explain how long the solar unit would take to charge the Energy Shield if the Arduino was on but idling (low-to-nonexistent power output).
