Deploy Tool : Remove PySide6 from dependencies
- The tool is anyway shipped with PySide6, hence it can be assumed
that PySide6 is installed
- The dependency is removed so that it does not upgrade PySide6
while the tools runs. This can cause upgrading an LTS branch
that the user uses.
