__feature__: Support generation of modified .pyi files
We add a possibility to select features before generating
the pyi files. This will improve the feature adoption, because
common IDEs can use these changed .pyi files.
- avoid crashes because of early selection
- add an option to generate_pyi
- document pyside6-genpyi and shiboken6-genpyi
- build a correct display of properties
