PyPySide: Skip AssertRaises which needs a PyPy fix
Seven tests create an RPython: NotImplemented error that needs
fixing in PyPy. We skip the error until solved, but keep an entry
in blacklist.txt in order to not forget about the fact.
This brings the error count from 30 down to 23.
