Blacklist QStaticText setFont() test on VxWorks
The test tst_QStaticText::setFont fails with error `Compared values are
not the same` in line 348.
This is due to very small difference between drawn static and non-static
font, reason for which is not yet found.
Blacklist tst_QStaticText::setFont test which fails on VxWorks, until
failure reason has been established and fixed.
