We've just wrapped up FY25 with some big news, from our financial results and strategic moves to our ONE Tech Strategy event. Here is what I would like you to know: 1. Record Fiscal Year 2025 Fiscal Year 2025 was another record year, demonstrating the strength of our ONE Tech Company strategy. With €10.4 billion we achieved a record net income for the third consecutive year, with orders reaching €88 billion and revenue growing by 5% to €78.9 billion. Free cash flow hit a new historic high of €10.8 billion. These are outstanding results, achieved despite global uncertainties and tariffs. Congratulations #TeamSiemens! Thank you! 👏🏻 2. We are changing our fabric With the strategic decision to deconsolidate Siemens Healthineers, a new Siemens has taken shape. A highly synergistic portfolio, across industries, infrastructure and transportation, ready to scale. We have a fast-growing digital business with an unmatched portfolio of industrial software and digital services. And we have a strong portfolio in hardware; connected hardware that will be increasingly software-defined and enhanced with AI. These parts fit very well together, and together we will scale them. 3. The next stage of growth With our ONE Tech Company program, we enter the next stage of growth and raise our mid-term ambition for revenue growth to 6 to 9 percent. 📣 We’ve just announced our financial results for Q4 and fiscal 2025. “Fiscal 2025 was a milestone for Siemens: For the third consecutive year, we achieved a record in net income, with growth in orders and revenue at a mid-single-digit rate. Hi everyone, I personally wanted to share some big news today from Siemens – we are planning to deconsolidate Siemens Healthineers. This means we plan to reduce our shareholding, giving up the controlling majority. This will benefit both Siemens and Siemens Healthineers. Here are three things you need to know about this decision: First, the 'what': We intend to spin off 30 percent of Siemens Healthineers shares. This means, whoever owns Siemens AG shares, receives some of the shares we currently hold in Healthineers. With that, we intend to become a significant minority shareholder. Second, the 'why' : Siemens Healthineers is a strong and healthy business. However, it has ever fewer synergies with the core of what we do at Siemens. This move allows us to speed up our transformation. Our portfolio will be simpler and more focused, it will be highly synergistic; and because of that we will be able to scale it faster, as ONE Tech Company. This will help us to accelerate our growth. Third, here is the 'win-win’: The change benefits Siemens and Siemens Healthineers, because both companies gain strategic flexibility to tap fully into their growth potentials. And let me assure you: Siemens is committed to managing its investment in Siemens Healthineers in a responsible and shareholder-focused manner. Both will continue for another five years starting April 1, 2026. Veronika Bienert steps up as CFO She'll succeed Ralf P. Thomas during fiscal 2026 after a careful transition. Veronika brings deep financial expertise and entrepreneurial experience across our businesses and regions. Having started at Siemens with an apprenticeship in business administration, she's been working in various international management, finance and strategy roles. Currently, she is CEO of Siemens Financial Services and has responsibility for our broader services portfolio, which also includes Siemens Real Estate and Global Business Services. Peter Koerte drives our #AI portfolio forward With his strategic vision and deep technological expertise, Peter is accelerating our leadership in Industrial AI and advancing the implementation of our ONE Tech Company program.
