🚇 Exciting milestone for sustainable mobility in Montréal! 👉 The second segment of the Réseau express métropolitain, linking Deux-Montagnes and Gare Centrale, has just been inaugurated — bringing faster and more efficient connections for thousands of passengers. At Sener, we are proud to contribute to this landmark infrastructure as Independent Checker Engineer, ensuring that design and construction comply with the highest technical and regulatory standards. Once complete, the REM will span 67 km of automated metro lines and 26 stations, becoming the largest public transport project in Québec in the last 50 years. 🎯 El proyecto CARE-AI da un paso más en la investigación oncológica al recibir la beca SEOM para proyectos de investigación en cáncer hereditario y consejo genético, otorgada por la Sociedad Española de Oncología Médica (SEOM). Este apoyo supone un impulso clave para avanzar en la optimización del prototipo en desarrollo y en la divulgación de los resultados obtenidos. 🧠💻 Impulsado por la #FundaciónSener junto al Hospital Ramón y Cajal, CARE-AI busca desarrollar una herramienta basada en inteligencia artificial capaz de identificar de forma más eficiente a personas con mayor probabilidad de presentar susceptibilidad genética hereditaria al cáncer. 📊 Para ello, se han analizado datos anonimizados de más de 10.000 árboles genealógicos familiares y datos clínicos proporcionados por el hospital, como edad de diagnóstico, tipo de tumores o patologías benignas relevantes. Esta herramienta tiene como objetivo apoyar la toma de decisiones clínicas, estimando el riesgo individual y facilitando la selección de candidatos para estudios genéticos en línea germinal. El Hospital Cognitivo, desarrollado por SACYR y Sener, ha sido seleccionado como finalista en los enerTIC.org Awards 2025 🏆 en la categoría Smart Buildings & Communities. Se trata de una plataforma inteligente pionera que integra IA, IoT, BIM 7D, Big Data, Blockchain y realidad inmersiva (AR/VR) para optimizar la eficiencia energética, mejorar la calidad ambiental y hacer que los hospitales sean más sostenibles, eficientes y centrados en las personas. 👉 Implementado en el Hospital del Henares (Madrid), este innovador modelo impulsa un nuevo paradigma de gestión hospitalaria basado en datos, sostenibilidad y bienestar de pacientes y profesionales. 💡 El proyecto cuenta con la cofinanciación procedente de la Comunidad de Madrid. Estos fondos están dentro de la convocatoria de ayudas de 2023 para contribuir a la mejora de la cooperación público-privada en materia de I+D+i mediante proyectos de efecto tractor en consorcio. 🌊 Exciting News: Hive Wind Energy SL launches its new website We’re delighted to announce the launch of Hive Wind’s new website, featuring in-depth insights into our two HiveWind platform configurations: SOFT and STIFF. 🔵 SOFT – a modular semi-submersible steel platform designed for moderate metocean conditions. Its soft-stiff configuration with six flat-panel hexagonal columns ensures enhanced stability, efficient load distribution, and lightweight construction. 🔵 STIFF – a modular cross-shaped semi-submersible steel platform for harsh metocean conditions. Its stiff-stiff layout with five flat-panel columns, four hexagonal units at the corners and a central octagonal column, ensures high stability and structural efficiency for next generation WTG.
