Our Committed Journey. Our Ducey workshop in Normandy recently welcomed talents from across the LVMH ecosystem for a day of exchange, inspiration and collective empowerment. As part of EllesVMH, the Group’s gender equity initiative launched in 2007, this regional chapter was created in 2023 to expand opportunities for growth and inclusive leadership across Western France. Throughout the day, participants shared experiences, reflected on topics such as leadership, self-confidence and self-marketing, and built meaningful connections across métiers and Houses, joined by inspiring leaders from the Group. For Stéphanie Rott, Chief Operations Officer at Guerlain, the importance of such moments is clear: “There are many unconscious biases that prevent women from being considered for certain roles and girls are not always encouraged to pursue these responsibilities. Sharing our experiences is a way to show that these biases are not inevitable and that self-confidence, leadership and visibility can all be developed and strengthened.” Echoing this, Franck LE MOAL, Group Technology Director & CIO at LVMH, highlights a key priority: “I’m proud to have taken part in this edition and to speak about women’s representation in tech. Promoting diversity through initiatives like EllesVMH means fostering more sustainable collective performance, both globally and locally. Reflecting on this dynamic she initiated, Cendrine Pereira, Workshop Director in the same region, shares: “EllesVMH Ouest gives industrial and supply teams across LVMH the opportunity to come together, broaden their networks and exchange freely on universal themes, always inspired and energized by the powerful testimonies of both female and male role models.” At Louis Vuitton, gender equity starts with creating opportunities for every voice to be heard and every talent to grow. Together with the LVMH Group, we are committed to fostering leadership that reflects the diversity of our people and the strength of our shared values. #LouisVuitton #LVTalent
