Our Committed Journey. Our Ducey workshop in Normandy recently welcomed talents from across the LVMH ecosystem for a day of exchange, inspiration and collective empowerment. As part of EllesVMH, the Group’s gender equity initiative launched in 2007, this regional chapter was created in 2023 to expand opportunities for growth and inclusive leadership across Western France. Throughout the day, participants shared experiences, reflected on topics such as leadership, self-confidence and self-marketing, and built meaningful connections across métiers and Houses, joined by inspiring leaders from the Group. For Stéphanie Rott, Chief Operations Officer at Guerlain, the importance of such moments is clear: “There are many unconscious biases that prevent women from being considered for certain roles and girls are not always encouraged to pursue these responsibilities. Sharing our experiences is a way to show that these biases are not inevitable and that self-confidence, leadership and visibility can all be developed and strengthened.” Echoing this, Franck LE MOAL, Group Technology Director & CIO at LVMH, highlights a key priority: “I’m proud to have taken part in this edition and to speak about women’s representation in tech. Promoting diversity through initiatives like EllesVMH means fostering more sustainable collective performance, both globally and locally. Reflecting on this dynamic she initiated, Cendrine Pereira, Workshop Director in the same region, shares: “EllesVMH Ouest gives industrial and supply teams across LVMH the opportunity to come together, broaden their networks and exchange freely on universal themes, always inspired and energized by the powerful testimonies of both female and male role models.” At Louis Vuitton, gender equity starts with creating opportunities for every voice to be heard and every talent to grow. Together with the LVMH Group, we are committed to fostering leadership that reflects the diversity of our people and the strength of our shared values. #LouisVuitton #LVTalent

Louis Vuitton Celebrates Talent. Where does the magic happen for Louis Vuitton shoes? At the heart of Louis Vuitton’s shoemaking savoir-faire lies the Fiesso d’Artico workshop, nestled in Italy’s Veneto region. Here, artisans, engineers and designers work hand in hand to transform imagination into movement, crafting shoes that carry both innovation and timeless elegance in every step. Meet the teams behind our exceptional craftsmanship, where creativity, precision and passion come together to bring the House’s vision to life. “When I arrive each morning, what drives me is the shared passion of everyone around me. Collaborating with the Style and Marketing teams, I’m proud to transform ideas into exceptional shoes. At Louis Vuitton, we craft excellence together,” shares Fabio, Head of Women’s Products Development. Quality is a collective pursuit in the workshop. For Monica, Head of Quality and Product Compliance, it’s a source of pride every single day: “For over 15 years, I’ve been committed to upholding Louis Vuitton’s standards of excellence. Our teams work with care and rigor to ensure that every shoe meets the highest expectations, combining artisanal know-how with global compliance.” At Fiesso, every creation begins as a dream, shaped by human hands and guided by collective spirit. A story of heritage and innovation, of people united by a shared purpose: to shape the future of Louis Vuitton’s craftsmanship, step by step. Ready to embrace a career in Operations? Louis Vuitton Next Generation. What happens when emerging designers step inside the world of Louis Vuitton? Our House is proud to unveil a new chapter in its partnership with the Institut Français de la Mode, joining forces to inspire and empower the next generation of design talent. This first-of-its-kind collaboration offers students the exceptional opportunity to design a capsule collection alongside our Men’s Ready-to-Wear Studio. IFM students will immerse themselves in Louis Vuitton’s creative process, from concept to realization, guided by the mentorship of our designers and IFM’s exceptional faculty. Creating a complete silhouette from fabrics and leathers donated by the House, they will explore how innovation and savoir-faire come together in line with our commitment to sustainable creation. As last year’s showcase showed, their imagination and skill continue to inspire admiration and promise. As Olivia Gallois, Headquarters Talent Acquisition & Campus Director, and Millie Aoki de La Valette, Head of Creative Talent Acquisition, share: “This new collaboration embodies how Louis Vuitton is investing in the future of design, empowering the next generation of creative minds to shape the industry. We are excited to support the growth of the next generation and look forward to seeing the innovative collections that the talented students create.” The partnership will culminate in a presentation to the Men’s Studio early next year, with selected students invited to continue their creative journey within the House. #LouisVuitton #LVTalent #NextGeneration

Our Committed Journey. How can we use our craftsmanship to care for others? As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the leatherworkers of Louis Vuitton’s Vendée workshops, in western France, united their hearts and their hands to craft 1,000 handmade turbans, bringing comfort and softness to women undergoing treatment. Aline, a leatherworker with 25 years of experience, turned her own journey into a source of inspiration for others: “When I was being treated for breast cancer, I realized how much a simple turban could help at a time I needed it most. That’s when I thought — why not create that same feeling for others? It became a true chain of solidarity”. For Doina Marinovici, Director of the Vendée workshops, this project perfectly embodies the spirit of the House: “Each turban carries a part of our artisans’ generosity and dedication. It’s more than a gesture, it’s a symbol of solidarity, of beauty as a form of support.” Made from repurposed textiles, these creations were donated directly to a local hospital, offering not just warmth and comfort, but a message of hope and compassion from the Louis Vuitton community. #LouisVuitton #OurCommittedJourney
