eventfd.2, set_mempolicy.2, timerfd_create.2, fwide.3, resolver.3, spufs.7, symlink.7, udplite.7, unicode.7: Replace uses of "i.e.," in main text with "that is" or similar
Usual man-pages style is to use "i.e." only within
parenthetical expressions.
