man/, share/mk/: Move man*/ to man/
This is a scripted change:
$ mkdir man/;
$ mv man* man/;
$ ln -st . man/man*;
$ find share/mk/ -type f \
| xargs grep -l '^MANDIR *:=' \
| xargs sed -i '/^MANDIR *:=/s,$,/man,';
$ find share/mk/dist/ -type f \
