the rest of the page talks about contributors so change the one reference of
developer to contributor for consistency. also remove the password protected
link to whatever that "directory" on one of bruce boxes is. It does not make
much sense to keep an url that can likely only be used by very few people on

use the same wording as the main docs use to avoid confusing people.
This sections needs some serious overhaul though :-( Some things that should be
reworked are: reference more recent SQL Standards, considering mentioning
tsearch2 as integrated full text search,talk about GIN, we have more advanced
stuff than simple subselect support,UUID,no mentioning of PITR/warm standby,...

Support filtering feeds by author names, to pull only parts of a shared blog
without requiring use of specific tags/categories.
In passing, fix a number of error messages to throw the proper type of
exception.

Switch back to logging into the old clickthrus table, which means:
* Only country and not IP is stored, and IPs are processed as ints
and not inets.
* Paths are not normalized, but the actual paths onthe server
* Mirror hostnames are spelled out, not linked to mirrors table
This unbreaks the different logging for stackbuilder traffic and
normal download traffic. It's not possible to make the stackbuilder
traffic log in the new format, because it logs arbitrary URLs in
the logs, not just our mirrors.

Implement a new download counter/redirector.
The old one accepted arbitrary URLs and has been known to be used to bypass link filters to
help spread viruses.
Keep the old one around for the stackbuilder for now, but it never redirects anymore
(stackbuilder doesn't need/want the redirect).
