On November 6th, ZEGNA had the pleasure of spending a full day with the talented community of EHL Hospitality Business School for the “One Day with ZEGNA” event. Through two inspiring sessions, we shared how hospitality, authenticity, and care shape every ZEGNA experience, from our brand identity to our people philosophy - and how personal growth stories reflect the shared purpose that defines our people culture. Between these sessions, we were delighted to meet many inspiring students at our stand, exchanging ideas, ambitions, and perspectives on what it means to craft excellence together. Our Campus Ambassadors continue their discovery journey into the world of ZEGNA, and what better way than experiencing first-hand Oasi Zegna, the home of our values where everything began. Last week they visited Casa Zegna and the wool mill, immersing themselves in the entrepreneurial and visionary spirit of our founder, who built a story of excellence connecting industry, community and nature. During their visit, they also met the Oasi Zegna team, who explained how the territory has developed from the vision of our founder more than 110 years ago, a vision rooted in a green mind, quality and his commitment to giving back to the community, that still guide projects such as Il Cammino di Ermenegildo, the Ski Racing Center and many others reflecting the spirit of this place. ZEGNA people with a passion for sport and collaboration train year-round with the support of our partner SPORT SENZA FRONTIERE, turning every session into a moment of meaning and connection. Their commitment stood out at The Loop in Milan, a corporate relay that turns running into a shared experience. With 40 colleagues across 10 teams, ZEGNA reached the podium as the company with the highest participation, while three groups achieved remarkable results: 1st and 3rd in the women’s category and 3rd place in the men’s. At ZEGNA, we’ve kicked off the back-to-school season with a wave of new projects that mark the beginning of years dedicated to people acceleration and to valuing each person’s unique essence. This year, SDA Bocconi’s MAFED students are partnering with us on an innovative project centered around the unique fiber each individual is made of, because at ZEGNA, listening is highly valued and deeply rooted in our legacy of care for people. At ZEGNA, we believe that every generation brings unique perspectives that enrich our present and shape our future. That’s why, in our latest edition of “WE TALK ABOUT…INCLUSION” at our Milan Headquarters, we explored the topic of Generations. The event was guided by Isabella Pierantoni, Futurist and Founder of Generation Mover, who shared key insights on population trends and led an engaging discussion on generational dynamics in the workplace. Four of our colleagues, representing different generations, shared their personal experiences (from their first jobs to daily work interactions) creating a powerful moment of reflection and dialogue that highlighted how generational diversity strengthens our culture.
