Real is doing the work that changes lives, one placement at a time. Then Nicole Lovell, VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Jacobs, brought it home. She spoke about the power of an AI mindset. To fail fast. Learn fast. Stay open-minded. Because in a world moving faster than ever, staying agile isn’t optional. It’s how we keep making progress. And maybe that’s what real heroes do.
