Cyber incidents are leadership crises, not just IT issues. This week, our Dallas office hosted the Brunswick Cyber & Litigation Summit, bringing together leaders across DFW business, law, technology, and government sectors to examine how organizations prepare for and navigate high-stakes events. Dallas is where commerce, technology, and energy meet, serving as a fitting backdrop for robust conversations. Across two panels we looked at both sides: building resilience and clear roles before a breach; then, after a breach, coordinating the operational, legal, and reputational response. The message was consistent: preparation is enterprise-wide, and effective response depends on leadership, disciplined communication, and trust. Thank you to our panelists Brad Burns, Hayley R. Curry, Scott McCrady, Sid Mody, and to our clients and guests for joining the conversation. Special thanks to Senator Tan Parker for outlining achievements in the Texas Legislature designed to keep Texans safe from threat actors.

What a day in San Francisco! We were recently joined by clients, media, and our broader network from across the Bay Area for a day of connection and conversation. We began with our off-the-record Summit on the Bay, which brought together senior leaders from across industries to share ideas and insights on leading through complexity. As the sun set, we gathered for our annual Brunswick reception. As part of Brunswick’s global network, San Francisco continues to be a vital hub where technology, finance, and policy intersect. We look forward to building on the conversations and connections sparked throughout the day.
