This week, we welcomed our People Leaders to the latest instalment of COS Sessions - an internal series designed to connect, inspire and empower our community. Together, we explored what it really means to lead at COS - how finding the balance between outcome and care can strengthen decision-making and drive real impact. From practical leadership behaviours to fresh ways of collaborating, the day was all about learning, sharing and growing as one team. This achievement is once again a reflection of the focus, creativity and dedication of our teams globally, as well as our community, who continue to connect with our vision of creating a wardrobe rooted in exceptional quality and lasting design.
