(Delphi ActiveX) JSON Insert Empty Array or Object

Demonstrates how to use the UpdateNewArray and UpdateNewObject methods to insert an empty array or object.

Note: The UpdateNewArray an UpdateNewObject methods were introduced in Chilkat v9.5.0.75.
