<p>Return <em>the <strong>maximum</strong> number of consecutive</em> <code>&#39;T&#39;</code>s or <code>&#39;F&#39;</code>s <em>in the answer key after performing the operation at most</em> <code>k</code> <em>times</em>.</p>
