</ul>

<p>Return the number of indices <code>i</code> and <code>j</code> in <code>nums</code> where <code>i &lt; j</code> such that <code>nums[i]</code> and <code>nums[j]</code> are <strong>almost equal</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Note</strong> that it is allowed for an integer to have leading zeros after performing an operation.</p>
