<li><code>arr1[i] + arr2[i] == nums[i]</code> for all <code>0 <= i <= n - 1</code>.</li>
</ul>
<p>Return the count of <strong>monotonic</strong> pairs.</p>
<p>Since the answer may be very large, return it <strong>modulo</strong> <code>10<sup>9</sup> + 7</code>.</p>
