<p>Each minute, a node becomes infected if:</p>

<ul>
	<li>The node is currently uninfected.</li>
	<li>The node is adjacent to an infected node.</li>
</ul>

<p>Return <em>the number of minutes needed for the entire tree to be infected.</em></p>
