If you’re walking into a decision-maker meeting without testing your deck first… you’re asking to get smoked. Kam Germany ALWAYS pressure-tests his pitch pre-meeting. Before the big call, he goes to his champion and asks: “How does your boss like to see info?” “Are they a numbers person or a vibe person?” “Who actually runs the room?” Then he has them tear it apart. So by the time he’s presenting, he already knows every objection, every bias, and who’s gonna speak up first. 🎙️ How Top Sellers Find the Real Decision Makers in a Deal | Kam Germany, Live now on Spotify

In his first 4 months in sales, he hit 140%, 201%, 240%, and 272% of quota — all by doing one thing: 👉 Ignoring it. Alex went from teaching in a classroom to teaching sellers how to print commission checks. Forget your quota, do the math on your life. Alex shows how to work backward from your goals: 1️⃣ Figure out what you want. 2️⃣ Calculate what it costs. 3️⃣ Do the math on meetings + prospects to get there. Alex Murphy is breaking down the math that helped him figure out exactly how many meetings it takes to fund your life, not just hit your number. Watch now on @30MPC on YouTube.

Your CFO contact might be the signer... but the real influencer could be the ops lead who’s been there 9 years, built half the systems, and has the CEO’s ear. The best sellers don’t just map the org chart. They map the politics. They read tenure, relationships, and power dynamics — and they do it early. Kam Germany breaks down exactly how top sellers identify the shadow decision maker and get them on your side before the deal stalls in this week's epsidoe: How Top Sellers Find the Real Decision Makers in a Deal with Kam Germany on Spotify.

Most reps are terrified to hear this: “I just think your product sucks.” But top sellers? They lean into it. Because that’s where the real conversation starts. When @Kam Germany hears feedback like that, he doesn’t get defensive — he gets curious. “Okay, compared to what?” That one question opens the door to everything sellers need but rarely get: ✅ Honest feedback. ✅ Hidden objections. ✅ The truth about what’s really blocking the deal. In this week’s episode, Kam breaks down how elite sellers find the real decision makers in a deal and how to spark internal alignment so your buyers sell for you when you’re not in the room. How many cold calls does it take to afford... a baby?? When Alex Murphy left teaching for sales, he and his wife sat down at a coffee shop — not to plan a vacation, but to do the math on their dream life: 🏠 A house in Austin. 👶 A baby. And now he can't stop living his life by how many prospects he can book... I mean we've all done it (right?). He reverse-engineered it: 💰 How much commission did that life cost? 📅 How many meetings did he need to hit it? 📞 How many prospects did he need to reach out to? The result? He hit over 270% of quota in month four. Learn his 3-step system for turning life goals into income goals — and why the secret to crushing your quota is to ignore it. OUT NOW on @30MPC on YouTube.

When Alex Murphy left teaching for sales, he didn’t set income goals. He priced out his dream life, then cold-called his way into it. When he left teaching for sales, he sat down with his wife and mapped out the math: 🏠 House in Austin 👶 Baby on the way 💰 A number that made both possible Then he worked backward. How much commission would it take? How many meetings would he need to book? How many cold calls would it take to get there? He stopped chasing quota and started chasing his life math. The result? 270% of quota by month four. This week’s episode on the @30MPC YouTube channel breaks down Alex Murphy’s 3-step system for turning life goals into income goals. 🎥 Watch “How Many Cold Calls Does It Take to Afford a Baby?” on YouTube now.

Nearly a decade of every outbound best practice I know on this one-page cheat sheet 👇 - Why asking for meetings kills cold email reply rates (and what to "offer" instead) - Why cold calls are worth it (and how to deal with low pick-up rates) - How voicemails can increase cold email reply rates by 2-3x And much, much more. Here’s my guy Alex Murphy casually holding a slice of pizza in the middle of the SF streets… with pepperoni that defied gravity. Here's exactly how he did it: Actually I have no clue how he did it. I bought that (FRESH) pizza for him for our latest YouTube video and can confirm that pepperoni had no business holding up like it did. But here’s what I do know: Alex has a pretty incredible story and method for crushing quota. Former teacher → zero sales experience → ~200% to quota his first 4 months → now raising the cutest baby on planet Earth How? He ignored quota entirely. He figured out what he wanted in life, then reverse-engineered how many meetings he needed to book to get it. His math was so precise he could tell you exactly how many meetings you need to book to have a newborn. He breaks the full formula down in 30MPC’s latest YouTube drop, go check it out in my bio!

Your first 5 dials are your worst 5 dials. Armand hit 287% of his number with his obsessive time-blocking strategy: Divide your day into 3 parts and commit to each timeblock. 🟢 Green Hours (8 AM – 12 PM) Your highest-energy window. What to do: Prospecting. Cold calls. Anything that drives net-new pipeline. Rule: Hit your dial/meeting booking goal before noon. If customer calls creep in, move your dial block — but never delete it. 🟡 Yellow Hours (12 PM – 3 PM) Post-lunch dip, but still enough energy for live conversations. What to do: Discovery calls, demos, follow-ups. Why: Talking with a customer is energizing. Cold calling at 2 PM isn’t. 🔴 Red Hours (Late afternoon) Lowest-energy time. What to do: Admin. List building. Recap emails. Call prep. Rule: Never let admin bleed into green hours. You can do it at 3 PM — or 3 AM.
