Most people think one meal can't change your life. They're wrong.  Here's how cooking dinner for Gordon Ramsay led me to leave Harvard with one semester left. Food has always been an escape for me. But turning it into a career seemed more than just a little far-fetched. Then I spotted a flyer: "Audition for MasterChef." It seemed like a sign. So I did what any rational Harvard student would do: • Packed my bags • Hopped on a plane • Cooked the most important meal of my life 5 minutes. That's all it took. Gordon Ramsay tasted my dish and handed me a white apron. At 22, in my senior spring, I made the call that shocked everyone: I left school to chase an impossible dream. Made it to the Season 10 finale. But that didn't give me my platform. The real breakthrough was an even crazier bet: posting my own videos online. I deleted my first 10 videos after posting because I was so scared of failing. Then one video finally went viral: 1M views on TikTok. I kept pushing. Today, we’ve built an audience of 50M+ followers across platforms – and amassed 25B+ views.  Spread evenly, the entire world population has watched our content an average of 3+ times! 🤯 My goal of posting on LinkedIn is to give you the behind-the-scenes: 1.
