Technology Operations and Presentation (TOP) Convention 2025: What an EPiC Day! Every other year, the TOP department comes together, and this year was incredible! The day as filled with our TOP team cultivation of appreciation, visioning of future possibilities, and directing action, all to continue to accomplish our goal of Excellent Performance in Cinema. Together the team explored discussions around new technologies, learned how to use DiSC strategies to work better together, and enjoyed inspiring presentations from Marketing, Operations and TOP Leadership. TOP celebrated Employees of the Month, anniversaries, and kept the energy high with raffles and prizes. Ending on a high note there were plenty of photos, costumes, karaoke, and a custom EPIC drink to toast an unforgettable day! Were you there? We went back in time for our 34th Annual Cinemark Charity Classic. This cherished tradition brings together our incredible vendor partners and passionate employee volunteers to raise funds for four outstanding organizations: Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation, Variety - the Children's Charity of Texas, North Texas Food Bank, and the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. This year, we turned back the clock with a 1950s-inspired theme: Rockin’ Around the Clock. The energy was as electric as a jukebox on a Saturday night! Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our partners and the dedication of our team, we raised record-breaking funds to support causes that align with Cinemark’s philanthropic pillars. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make this event a rockin’ success!

This morning, Cinemark reported its 3Q25 results, delivering outsized results, including record-high third-quarter market share, driven by our team’s operational excellence and continued progress in advancing our strategic initiatives. In recognition of our strong financial position and sustained confidence in the prospects of our business, our Board of Directors approved a 12.5% increase to our dividend and authorized a new $300 million share repurchase program. We are excited about what’s ahead with a compelling film slate that features high-profile releases from beloved franchises alongside bold, original concepts from visionary filmmakers.
