"$2 billion. 30,000 homes. That’s the goal my administration is working towards through the implementation of the H.O.M.E. Plan. But the H.O.M.E. Plan is about more than numbers and buildings. It’s about making sure families can stay in the neighborhoods they love and afford the homes they live in. Let’s make history by moving forward with the H.O.M.E. Plan — the largest single investment in housing Philadelphia has ever seen." - Mayor Cherelle L. Parker ——— City of Philadelphia Department of Planning and Development

If there’s anyone that understands housing in Philadelphia it’s ANGELA D. BROOKS, FAICP. She serves as the Chief Housing and Urban Development Officer at the City of Philadelphia Department of Planning and Development and is tasked with leading the charge and implementing the historic $2 Billion H.O.M.E. plan. This will be the largest single investment for housing in Philadelphia’s history. A multi pronged collaborative approach, to build, preserve and restore 30,000 units of housing across every neighborhood in Philadelphia. The time is now to implement the Parker Administration’s H.O.M.E. plan.
