Requires TS/SCI eligibility, IAT Level I certification, and 9+ years of IT experience. 🔹 Service Desk Lead – Driving daily end-user support operations, ITIL-based service delivery, and ServiceNow/M365 workflows. Requires Secret clearance, IAT Level I, and 9+ years in IT support with leadership experience. 🔹 Infrastructure Operations Manager – Leading on-premises and cloud infrastructure operations, modernization initiatives, and cybersecurity compliance.
