  • A baby smaller than an adult's palm but filled with unimaginable strength. 👶 In March 2024, baby Rou Rou was born at Shenzhen Maternity & Child Healthcare Hospital at 21 weeks, weighing 450 grams. Supported by our incubator's gentle protection and round-the-clock specialized care, this little fighter grew stronger each day. After 143 days, Rou Rou went home weighing 4,000 grams—becoming the first baby born at such an early gestational age to survive in China at the time. This story celebrates resilience, neonatal technology, and the healthcare professionals who never give up on even the smallest patients. 💜 #WorldPrematurityDay2025 #PrematureBirth #HealthyBeginningsHopefulFutures

  • Countless ideas. One global goal: measurable environmental impact. 🌱 Our Green Jumpstart 2025 program, based on the Climate Action Challenge© by Joan Gregerson, challenged colleagues worldwide to identify sustainability challenges, create solutions, and put them into practice for long-term community benefit. Our teams planted trees to boost local ecosystems, started bike-to-work programs, and even converted leftover packaging into furniture for families in need. Each initiative was designed to create sustainable change that extends well beyond the program timeline. Each team focused on innovation and community impact. These weren't temporary projects—they were foundations for ongoing environmental progress in communities worldwide. Thank you to everyone who turned ideas into meaningful, lasting change. 💜

  • Nearly three years independent. One groundbreaking moment.  We recently invited customers, government officials, business leaders, and community partners to our Waukesha, Wisconsin, U.S. campus where we are investing more than $100M to create a hub of innovation, manufacturing excellence (we are the second leading manufacturer in the state), and a destination for talent. This visit marked a critical milestone in our campus transformation: breaking ground on our new state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center — a space where our R&D and medical technology solutions will come to life. It’s where healthcare providers can get hands-on with our new wave of bold, purposeful innovation. The Center will be a destination for health systems from across the U.S. and around the world. Building for today. Building for tomorrow. Building in Wisconsin, U.S. to impact the world.

  • Movember is here, and we are taking men’s health by the whiskers. 〰️ Early detection of prostate cancer can mean a five-year survival rate close to 100%. Innovations in imaging and AI are making screening faster and more accessible—but diagnosis and treatment are only possible through awareness. This month, let's encourage the men in our lives to prioritize their health. Together, we can change the face of men's healthcare. #Movember #MensHealth #ProstateCancerAwareness

  • When we come together with purpose, we can reimagine what better health looks like, starting with the people who care for others every day. That’s the heart of Powering Milwaukee Forward (PMF), a partnership between GE HealthCare, the GE HealthCare Foundation, and the Charles Antetokounmpo Family Foundation. As we marked the first year of PMF, a critical challenge came into focus: caregiver burnout. Nonprofit workers—like healthcare professionals across the country—are also stretched thin. We brought together 18 nonprofit teams for a wellness summit focused on resilience—capped off by a visit from Giannis and Thanasis Antetokounmpo to honor their year-one achievements. To all the different caregivers, thank you. For the strength you show, the compassion you give, and the countless ways you care. 💜

  • How do you succeed in Tech? At the recent WomenTech Network Career Growth Summit—hosted at our largest European site in Buc, near Paris—around 50 women in tech gathered to exchange perspectives, experiences, and lessons learned. Here are a few standout insights from the conversations that can inspire anyone navigating a career in technology: • “You need to always be able to re-ask yourself the same questions—what worked once may not work again.” • “To master in the tech world, you need to focus on CDR: be Curious, own the Data, and get Results.” • “Complementarity is rich. You don’t need to copy, just be yourself.” The summit was a reminder that leadership isn’t about fitting a mold—it’s about curiosity, adaptability, and authenticity. What's the best career advice you've received? Share it with others in the comments! #WomenInTech #WomenInSTEM #TechLeadership

  • Every day, radiology teams turn shadows and signals into answers that help save lives. 🩻 Today, we're celebrating the people and technology aiding clinicians to diagnose faster, more accurately, and more accessibly. Radiology can help catch cancer at stage 1 instead of stage 3. It can turn uncertainty into evidence. It helps provide clinicians the confidence to act. Eric Hart, MBA worked as a radiology technologist in a hospital for 7 years before joining GE HealthCare: “I’m excited about the evolving tele-radiology capabilities and machine learning that can enhance patient access, allow for tailored treatment plans, and improve the accuracy and usability of medical systems.” Thank you to all #radiology teams who are committed to transforming patient care. 👏💜 #InternationalDayOfRadiology #IDoR2025

Hearts don’t take breaks, and neither should cardiac care. Hannover Medical School has recently become the first in the world to connect our MUSE system with AliveCor’s KardiaMobile 6L device. 💜 This means patients can record ECGs from home, enabling timely review by healthcare providers and supporting more efficient care coordination. "This is a major step forward in bringing cardiac rhythm care closer to the patient," says Prof. Dr. David Duncker, Head of Hannover Heart Rhythm Center. "We can improve diagnostic speed and enhance coordination of care." This innovation is showing what's possible when technology and clinical leadership unite. 🙌
