As a longtime sponsor of the Wyndham Championship, we’re proud to announce our partnership with standout amateur golfer Jackson Koivun for the 2025 tournament, taking place this week in Greensboro, N.C.   A native of Chapel Hill, N.C., Koivun is widely considered one of the best amateur golfers in the world. His 2024 freshman season with Auburn was one for the history books, including a dominant win at the SEC Championship and a record-breaking 69.48 stroke average. Koivun became the first player in NCAA history to sweep all four major collegiate golf awards in a single season and was named both SEC Player and Freshman of the Year.   “As a company that is based in North Carolina, we’re excited to support local talent like Jackson Koivun on one of golf’s biggest stages,” said Joseph Davis, President of Glen Raven Material Solutions Group. “Jackson’s commitment to performance and quality mirrors the values that define our Sunbrella brand. Two weeks ago, our Alamance County Glen Raven team had the opportunity to partner with Feed the Hunger, a local organization that works to provide meals and other essential resources to children in need around the globe. Supporting early childhood education has been a core part of Glen Raven’s community engagement mission, and success in the classroom starts with proper nutrition. We’re proud to support an organization that equips children with the resources they need to succeed. In just two sessions, our team packed 26,640 meals that are ready for distribution.
