HED had the pleasure of partnering with Palo Alto Unified School District to reimagine multiple facilities at Gunn High School — from new administrative offices and a collaborative meeting space to a culinary arts lab, design studio classroom, and modern science labs. With updated entries, outdoor dining areas, and improved campus circulation, this project enhances safety, functionality, and the overall student experience.

At the heart of the H-STEM Engineering and Health Technologies Complex is a story of seamless partnership, forward-looking tools, and a shared vision. From the outset, HED, Grander Construction, and Michigan Technological University aligned around innovation—leveraging shared BIM models and immersive 360° construction capture to keep the team synchronized and the project on track.
