#WorldPrematurityDay, observed every year on November 17, raises awareness about the challenges and impact of preterm birth. It is a reminder of the urgent need to strengthen care for preterm infants and provide meaningful support for their families. 💙 This year’s theme, “Give preterm babies a strong start for a brighter future,” reflects the heart of our Children and Family Services. The early years shape a child’s growth and learning. Infants and toddlers who have a developmental delay, or may be at risk of one, benefit from extra support to reach their full potential. By equipping families with the tools they need, Hope makes a lasting difference during the most critical years of life. Our services include: ✨ Comprehensive developmental assessment reports ✨ Ongoing developmental monitoring ✨ Direct, hands-on intervention activities ✨ Family and caregiver training and education Learn more about how we can help: https://loom.ly/U9JkWyA #HopeServices #ChildrenandFamilyServices

As 2026 approaches, Hope Services stands at a turning point. For more than 70 years, we’ve helped people with intellectual and developmental disabilities find independence, purpose, and belonging — and your support makes that possible. But disability inclusion is at risk. With shrinking investments and harmful rhetoric threatening decades of progress, we must protect vital services for more than 4,000 participants and reach those still waiting for help. This Season of Hope, your generosity can help us reach our $260,000 year-end goal to sustain and grow programs that close critical service gaps across Northern California. Together, we can stand strong today and build a more inclusive tomorrow. Join the Season of Hope! 💛 Give today: https://loom.ly/XMqUpyY #SeasonOfHope #DisabilityInclusion #HopeServices

The Senior Center in San Jose got into the Halloween spirit — and it was spooktacular! 🎃 Thanks to the Cupertino Rotary Club’s partnership, seniors enjoyed a festive day of pumpkin painting, costumes, and celebration. These moments of connection strengthen our community and remind us of the power of shared experiences. Special thanks to Board Member Lisa Chapman, Senior Center Program Coordinator Fedel Sanchez, and everyone involved in making this event so memorable. Could this be the beginning of a new annual tradition? 👻 #HopeServices #SeniorCenter #RotaryClub #Halloween

October is National Physical Therapy Month! 💙 At Children and Family Services, we’re proud to celebrate our amazing Physical Therapists—Amy, Mary, and Brenda. With their expertise in motor development and compassionate care, they help children reach important milestones like rolling, crawling, and walking. They also guide families through neuro-motor and orthopedic concerns, offering support every step of the way. We’re grateful for the incredible impact they make in the lives of the children and families we serve. #HopeServices #ChildrenandFamilyServices #PhysicalTherapistMonth
