Meeting Patients Where They Are Across Every Care Pathway At Innovo, we believe clinical trial participation shouldn’t depend on being in the right place at the right time. With direct access to over 6 million patients across 14 multi-specialty clinics, we’re able to identify and engage patients wherever they are on their care journey. How do we do it? By embedding research into routine care and leveraging real-time EMR access across our partner clinics, we can surface eligible patients based on diagnosis, medications, lab values, visit reason, or specialist referrals and activate their trusted providers to introduce the opportunity. Examples: -A patient newly diagnosed with NASH during a primary care visit receives education about a study from their hepatology care team before a referral is even made. -A child with moderate asthma seen in urgent care for wheezing is flagged in the EMR, allowing our team to follow up with their pediatrician for potential enrollment in a long-acting biologic trial. -A 65-year-old woman undergoing her annual wellness visit is identified as high-risk for cardiovascular disease and screened for a prevention study — before she’s ever prescribed her first statin. -A middle-aged man presenting to urgent care with flu-like symptoms is flagged by chief complaint and diagnosis codes, allowing our team to screen for influenza or COVID therapeutic and diagnostic trials in real time. Our model isn’t just about access, it’s about relevance.
