  • Meet Stuart, our VP of Customer Success - Platform Clients. Stuart has been on the team for 10 years. Stuart grew up in Arlington, Texas, and later moved to Austin for college, where he met his wife, Catherine, and they have now been married for 18 years! Stuart says she's much cooler than him. They spent a couple of years in Washington, D.C., experiencing life on Capitol Hill, before returning to Austin to settle down and start their family. They now have four wonderful kids — Ella (7), James (5), Fort (4), and Austin (2). Fun facts about Stuart: His favorite way to start the day is waking up before his kids and having 30 minutes to drink his coffee in silence before he fulfills his responsibility of getting them up, fed, dressed, packed for school, and in the car. The best piece of advice he's ever been given is that effort does not always equal results. His afternoon pick- me-up is a 1-mile run at 1 pm. He absolutely thinks there's a correct way to load the dishwasher. Thanks for all you do for our customers and team, Stuart! #Madwire #EmployeeSpotlight #MarketingSuccess

  • In marketing, words matter. But are you using the right ones? Let's clear up the confusion between buzzwords and keywords. ➡️ Buzzwords are trendy, industry-specific terms (e.g., "synergy," "disruptive"). They can sound impressive, but are often vague and don't help customers find you. Use them sparingly. ➡️ Keywords are the specific words and phrases your target audience is typing into search engines like Google. These are the terms you need to build your SEO and content strategy around. The key takeaway? Focus on the language of your customer (keywords), not the jargon of your industry (buzzwords). #Madwire #MarketingSolutions #SmallBusinessSupport #BusinessGrowth #MarketingSuccess #DigitalMarketing

  • FALSE! A massive follower count might look impressive, but it's often a vanity metric. What truly matters is engagement. Engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves) shows that your audience is actively listening and connecting with your brand. A smaller, highly engaged community is far more valuable than a large, silent one. High engagement leads to: ✅ Stronger brand loyalty and trust. ✅ Increased organic reach (the algorithm loves it!). ✅ Valuable insights into what your customers want. ✅ A community of advocates for your business. Focus on building relationships, not just chasing numbers. #MarketingMyths #MarketingFacts #Madwire #MarketingSolutions
