  • Over the years we’ve grown from a local family butcher shop to a state-of-the-art facility, but our purpose has never changed: to honor our craft and the people behind it. Every square foot of our new home was built to strengthen that promise. With 120,000 sq. ft. designed for growth — including 80,000 sq. ft. dedicated to operations — this isn’t just about scale, it’s about setting a new standard. That means more room for precise craftsmanship, more efficiency to serve our partners, and more opportunity to uphold the standards our family has carried for generations. Because this isn’t about the size of the building; it’s about what comes out of it. Steaks that reflect our heritage, our pride, and our promise to never compromise on quality. As we look to the future, one thing will never change: we are still one family, committed to doing the work the right way, and building relationships that last beyond the plate.

  • Day two was more than just the close of the Linz Experience, it was a celebration of the people and passion that define our community. From exploring the cattle cycle, beef science, and the future of our industry, the day reflected what we value most: knowledge, connection, and excellence. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our sponsors for helping make this experience possible, together we honor the craft and continue building what’s next! There's no other steak cutter in the country doing what we're doing.

  • We’re proud to announce that our COO, Zac Linz, has been named one of The Times of Northwest Indiana’s 20 Under 40 honorees! A fourth-generation leader at Meats by Linz, Zac has grown with the company from his very first day in the freezer to overseeing operations at the highest level. His leadership reflects the values our family business was built on: hard work, trust, and legacy. “This business demands a lot, but it's the only one I know. And I take pride in carrying our family’s legacy forward, one day at a time.” 🔗 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gj2r-2_X #MeatsByLinz #20Under40 #Leadership #FamilyBusiness #Legacy #nwitimes
