  • When you turn 50, you deserve a great party... and that's exactly what Methodist Charlton got! 🥳 The hospital celebrated 50 Golden Years of Service to Southwest Dallas County and beyond with the DeSoto High School Drumline, a 1970s lounge in the lobby, and a fancy anniversary dinner in the beautifully decorated auditorium. We thank all of the mayors and other community leaders who showed up to celebrate with us. Here's to the next 50 years! 💙

  • Want to know who takes care of our patients' safety and well-being during surgeries? All of us, but especially our perioperative nurses! Celebrating Perioperative Nurses Week is a no-brainer for Methodist. These specialized nurses have the intelligence and compassion to ensure the best experience for our surgical patients. We couldn't operate without them!

  • It's a big week at Methodist Midlothian! Hospital leaders and City of Midlothian, Texas - City Hall - Government officials came together to celebrate the hospital's 5th anniversary AND to break ground on an emergency room expansion. The ER is adding 16 new exams rooms and an additional trauma room. This week's celebration was especially meaningful because the hospital opened during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic so we all couldn't get together for that occasion. Happy 5th Anniversary, Methodist Midlothian! 💙

  • Are you an Imaging professional? Methodist has positions open for you — especially if you're an Interventional Radiologist or Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Your imaging expertise is vital to our patient care, and we reward you in many ways. One of the best things about working at Methodist is having an employer that is one of Glassdoor's 2025 Best Places to Work and Best-Led Companies. Join our award-winning health system! • Promise McCree was severely injured in a hit-and-run accident two years ago. When she arrived at Methodist Dallas, she had only a 50% chance of survival. It took eight surgeries to rebuild her pelvis, arm, and leg. With nonstop support from her family and round-the-clock care from hospital staff, she began the long road to recovery. "The staff became our family," her mother says. "I'll never forget how much love they showed my daughter." McCree went on to earn her master's degree and now works with a nonprofit. We're proud of this young woman and so glad that Methodist Dallas was there for her. See Shine Online: https://lnkd.in/gUY3r6du
