The Northwest Healthcare Internal Medicine Residency Program recently participated in the American College of Physicians Arizona Doctor's Dilemma Qualifying Rounds. We are proud to share that Internal Medicine residents Abdalla Moustafa, M.D., Dima Abu Afifeh, M.D., and Abhi Chadha, M.D. have moved on to the next round after beating four Phoenix-based teams! 🏆 Dr. Sujatha Reddy, M.D., says, "We are so proud!" Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Antony Denard, M.D., of Northwest Bone & Joint at Houghton, recently presented a well-attended and appreciated seminar at Del Webb, Rancho Del Lago. He discussed the causes and surgical treatments for hip and knee joint replacement, focusing on osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis – and provided an in-depth look at implant materials, options for patients with metal allergies, and the benefits of various robotic surgery approaches. 🌟 Meet Peter Le, PharmD! 🌟 As a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Northwest Medical Center, Peter is diving head-first into complex disease state management and acute care. He brings a strong background from Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and experience from Advocate Aurora Health and Walgreens, and is passionate about expanding his clinical knowledge.
