Earlier this year, Robert Clouse was promoted to Executive Vice President, Corporate Banking Manager in Fort Worth. Robert is a results-oriented banking and financial services executive who brings nearly three decades of demonstrated client relationship development and management expertise to this leadership position. His career is marked by a deep understanding of the banking industry and a commitment to excellence and service. Robert applies the discipline and resilience gained from his time in the Marine Corps to serving his clients. He excels at consulting with clients to assess needs and develop strategic that span cross-functional areas of the organization. He leverages expertise in capital solutions, treasury management, and other financial services to strengthen and deepen client relationships. Robert lives in Southlake with his wife and daughters with whom he enjoys spending quality time and making memories. He also spends time playing golf and hunting.

Prosperity Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Joe Kopidlansky as the Managing Director of Dallas Corporate Banking. Joe previously served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Prosperity Bank, partnering with business owners and executives to deliver customized financial solutions that drive growth and stability. He specializes in structuring creative credit facilities, managing complex capital needs, and guiding clients through every stage of the financing process. With more than a decade of experience Joe has built a reputation for his responsive, relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of a wide range of industries. Joe is committed to helping businesses achieve their long-term goals.   Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an Accounting minor from Mississippi College and remains actively involved in the community through the Association for Corporate Growth, Junior Achievement, and various young professional networks. 

Over the last several weeks, we have witnessed the best in humanity. The outpouring of love and support from fellow Texans and those across state lines has been inspiring. To the numerous volunteers who are giving their time, equipment, and skills to the cleanup and recovery efforts, we offer our heartfelt appreciation. Prosperity Bank is excited to announce the appointment of Lindsay Megee as Executive Vice President and DFW Corporate Commercial Real Estate Manager. With nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, Lindsay spent over 20 years at Amegy Bank, most recently as Senior Vice President and DFW CRE Manager, following more than 4 years at Bank of America focused on CRE lending.   Lindsay possesses extensive expertise in financing, underwriting, and proactive management of a diverse CRE portfolio, with a strong emphasis on strategic investment. She specializes in middle-market and corporate clients throughout Texas, utilizing her deep understanding of the DFW business community to build enduring relationships and collaborate effectively with clients to support their growth.   Lindsay holds a BBA in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in College Station, class of 2001. A resident of Southlake for over 15 years, she lives with her husband and twin 16-year-old sons.
