Revolution Medicines’ RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor was recently granted U.S. FDA Orphan Drug Designation for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. This recognition underscores the urgent need for new therapies in pancreatic cancer, a disease where RAS mutations are present in more than 90% of cases and effective options remain limited. Today we reported our Q3 2025 financial results and shared updates on our continued progress toward transforming care for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. Recent highlights include: • Winding down global enrollment for RASolute 302 trial in patients with previously treated PDAC; on track for data readout in 2026  • Initiated RASolute 304 Phase 3 trial of our RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor as adjuvant treatment for patients with resectable PDAC  • On track to initiate RASolute 303 Phase 3 trial for patients with first line metastatic PDAC this year  Read the full release: https://lnkd.in/g5VRGfkX

RAS-addicted cancers are among the most challenging and prevalent forms of cancer. Over 90% of patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma have tumors carrying a RAS mutation. At Revolution Medicines, we’re committed to advancing research that unravels the complexities of RAS biology and brings innovative therapies within reach.  Continued research into RAS-driven cancers is essential to drive the discovery of new treatment options that offer hope for patients facing limited choices.
