🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟   This month, we’re proud to spotlight Levi Litke, our Self Perform Leader.   Levi began his journey with RQ in 2015 when he relocated his family to Cuba to work as an Electrical Foreman/Superintendent on projects in Cuba. Levi & his family spent four years in Cuba and played a pivotal role in starting the Electrical Self-Perform Team. In 2019, Levi and his family moved back to FL to assist with RQ’s Stateside projects. He transitioned into the role of Self Perform Leader in 2022, overseeing our Electrical, Mechanical, & Building Trades teams.   When asked about his proudest accomplishment, Levi points to the team effort behind the GTMO Power Plant project. This milestone represents not just a technical achievement, but a testament to the collaboration, perseverance, and shared vision that drive RQ’s success. Levi is continually inspired by witnessing the professional and personal growth of his teammates over the last decade. His leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that failure isn’t an option and that every challenge deserves to be seen through to completion.   Driven by a commitment to success, sustainability, and alignment with RQ’s mission, vision, and values, Levi continues to make an enduring impact across our projects and people. Outside of work, Levi cherishes spending time with his wife and three children, finding balance and motivation in family life. Thank you, Levi, for your dedication, leadership, and the example you set every day.
