What an incredible milestone at Moosehaven! 🎉 Last week, during their annual (and always legendary!) Chili Cookoff weekend, Moosehaven hosted a Pre-Opening Building Preview & Ribbon Cutting for their brand-new Recreation Center and Multi-Purpose Pavilion—and over 400 residents, families, supporters, officials, Moose members, and community partners packed the campus to celebrate! This design-build project has been especially meaningful for us. Their residents have been our biggest cheerleaders, watching every day as this dream takes shape—and seeing their excitement as they stepped inside for the very first time was unforgettable. ❤️ This impressive expansion includes: 🏗️ 26,500 sq ft Recreation Center featuring a bowling alley, bar & restaurant, gym, arcade, billiards, classrooms, shuffleboard, pool, and cozy outdoor fire-pit courtyard 🏖️ 8,000 sq ft Multi-Purpose Picnic Pavilion 🎉 Ribbon-cutting, building tours, and cake under the pavilion made the day even sweeter! We are so proud of this project and grateful for the trust Moosehaven has placed in us. This past weekend, Scherer Construction had the honor of once again hosting one of the most unforgettable Florida/Georgia tailgate experiences in Jacksonville—partnering with kasper architects + associates, ECS Group of Companies , England-Thims & Miller, Inc., and Seacoast Bank aboard the USS ORLECK NAVAL MUSEUM INC Battleship. We welcomed more than 500 friends, clients, community members, and team members for a truly epic day on the water. Perfect weather, unbeatable views, great food, live music, cheers, and football fun made the event one to remember.❤️ Thank you to everyone who joined us—you helped make this another incredible year. We are grateful for the strong relationships and support that make gatherings like this possible. Here's to tradition, community, and celebrating together!🙌🏻

Many of our #TeamScherer members attended the very first Sunday service at The Church of Eleven22’s brand-new St. Augustine campus! 🙌 It was an incredible day one — the atmosphere was full of excitement, worship, and smiling faces as the new facility came to life. The seat were filled, and the energy was truly electric. We can’t wait to share photos of this beautiful new Eleven22 location soon! ✨
