Congratulations to the winners of our third annual Scout Halloween Costume Contest: Scout’s legal team with their costume: “Inside (Out) Counsel!” Great work from all of our teams that put together some fantastic costumes. Featured here are some honorable mentions, including People & Culture’s group Clue costume (which included an interactive mystery), our marketing team's take on the Scout logo, and the New Projects team’s very detailed “Louvre Robbers.” Happy Halloween from Scout!

A bit belated, but we're thrilled nonetheless to celebrate Scout's FIRST PLACE(!) finish in the BOLDERBoulder 10k's Business Challenge (Category 3) earlier this spring. Our top five runners' average time was the best in our category by more than 20 minutes! A big thank you to the BOLDERBoulder 10K team for coming to the Scout office today to present us with a piece of local art to commemorate our team's accomplishment. We're always striving for improvement, so watch out for us again in next year's race!

Yesterday, Scout celebrated with landowners, community members, construction partners, and other stakeholders by holding a blade signing event for the 180 MW under-construction Nimbus Wind Farm in Northwest Arkansas. We’re so grateful to everyone involved in bringing Nimbus this far, including the many who have worked tirelessly for years with us on this project. We’re glad we had the opportunity to put our signatures beside all of yours this week. Looking forward to getting this project over the finish line! https://lnkd.in/dXqNM7qr

Last week, most of Scout's more than 200 employees convened in our Boulder home to attend Scout's Fall 2025 All Hands Meeting. This three-day, biannual meeting, and long-running company tradition provides team members the opportunity to hear from colleagues across the company about their work while building and strengthening connections with each other. We also held our annual volunteer day last Tuesday, spreading the team across Boulder to participate in their choice between five separate volunteering opportunities in the city. Whether weeding community gardens, supporting recycling initiatives, or assisting the local Meals on Wheels chapters, Scouts gave their time to make a positive impact in our amazing Boulder community. Thanks to everyone who made this All Hands Meeting a major success! There's never a better time than when the Scout team is together in one place.

This morning, the Scout team had the pleasure of sponsoring the annual ELK & Eggs Breakfast at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, supporting Environmental Learning for Kids (ELK)'s mission to connect kids with the outdoors and foster a lifelong love for environmental learning and stewardship. We’re proud to stand behind this mission as a Bald Eagle Sponsor, helping ensure that the next generation has access to the knowledge, curiosity, and wonder that come from exploring and understanding our natural world. We’re inspired by the passion and dedication we saw this morning and look forward to continuing to support ELK in bringing environmental education to even more young minds.

In Colorado fashion, all of Scout's conference rooms in our Boulder office are named after our state's many world-class ski resorts. It also makes for easy office decoration, as every conference room has framed pictures showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of each location and their nearby towns. Can you name the locations in the pictures we've posted below?
