    And this is where i wrapped up my EU roadtrip last week, meeting retailers, customers, and their contractor partners eager to dive deeper into ServiceChannel and ending in my favorite city! The Eternal City. Rome is eternal not by accident, but because of centuries of precise, proactive maintenance a powerful reminder of what drives longevity in any retail network. We spent an afternoon walking stores with customers, where the challenges are unique: high tourist traffic, historic protected buildings, and zero room for error. Compliance, the right contractors, and the right processes aren’t optional in Rome, they’re essential. Not surprisingly, AI and compliance led nearly every conversation. The big questions: 1. How do we consistently meet statutory requirements? 2. How can stores report issues more easily? 3. How do we ensure the right contractors show up? 4. How can we gain visibility and control in complex, high-traffic, historically sensitive locations?     As we close off Q3 we thought it would be a good time to reflect on a busy couple of months at LoweConex 🙌 👉 In September, we sealed our partnership with ServiceChannel at a co-hosted event with FM Retail Leaders across the sector. Following that, some of our team were in attendance at this year's RAC Awards with our parent company Lowe Rental, celebrating success across the refrigeration, heating and cooling industry. 👉 In October, we had the pleasure of joining The Midcounties Co-operative at their store managers conference, whilst more of our team met with new brands and leaders at GRO Retail (formerly Completely Retail Marketplace), discussing Conex OS and our bureau services across the retail and hospitality sectors. We ended the quarter with a successful week at FMI- The Food Industry Association Energy & Store Development Conference alongside our Lowe Rental US colleagues and a sponsorship of the Retail Gazette Game Changer Awards where we were delighted to present Sustainability Game Changer to Currys plc 🎉 Finally our Sales Director Orla McGreevy attended the ACS (the Association of Convenience Stores) Annual Innovation Showcase - thank you for including us as part of the day. In between all of these busy events our operational teams have been working to support the globe's largest high street names, onboarding new clients and keeping stores optimised for customer experience, energy savings and maintenance efficiencies.
