📢 StandardAero, a CFM International (CFM) LEAP Premier MRO provider, is pleased to announce that it has now inducted its sixth CFM LEAP-1A engine for SalamAir Oman`s low-cost carrier, which operates a growing fleet of Airbus A320neo family narrowbody aircraft. SalamAir selected StandardAero for LEAP-1A support earlier this year, and the two parties last month signed a General Terms Agreement (GTA) paving the way for StandardAero to provide SalamAir with LEAP-1A performance restoration shop visits (PRSVs). Multiple LEAP-1A/LEAP-1B operators across the Middle East region have now selected StandardAero to provide MRO support for the engine family from its facility in San Antonio, TX, and we are proud to play a role in supporting the region’s rapidly growing A320neo and Boeing 737 MAX fleets. #CFMLEAP #A320 #A320neo #A321 #A321neo #SalamAir #MROEU

🎉 StandardAero is excited to share the news that we have started construction on a 69,190 sq. ft. expansion to our Plant 6 facility in Winnipeg, MB, which is home to both our GE Aerospace CF34-3/-8 engine MRO line, and also to one of our two North American CFM International (CFM) CFM56-7B MRO lines. This new investment – which is being undertaken in partnership with the Manitoba provincial government – will double our CF34-3/-8 MRO capacity, allowing us to expand our support of Embraer E175 and MHI RJ Aviation Group CRJ200/700 family operators worldwide.
