The Watermark Foundation's second partner spotlight: Guitars 4 Vets! Guitars 4 Vets conducts guitar instruction programs aimed at providing Veterans struggling with physical injuries, PTSD, and other emotional distress. G4V provides therapeutic relief to struggling veterans by providing structured programs run by volunteers, primarily at Department of Veterans Affairs facilities and community-based medical centers. The Watermark Foundation is supporting G4V’s 2025 “Your Chords + The Truth” songwriter retreat that brings together Veterans from different chapters to experience the healing power of music in a collaborative and immersive setting. Willing Warriors offers cost-free holistic healing getaways from the hospital environment for active-duty Warriors and their families who are undergoing treatment at military medical facilities. Willing Warriors also works on “Operation: Save the Number”, that aims to increase awareness of the newly established Suicide Hotline 988 +1 that provides direct access to a Veteran counselor when dialed.
