Congratulations to Welltower’s 2025 Summer Intern Class!    On behalf of the entire organization, we are thrilled to have you join our offices in Dallas, London, New York, Toledo, and Toronto. The 33 of you were selected from a combined pool of over 9,000 applicants to not only contribute to, but also to lead innovative and disruptive initiatives across our organization. As you will quickly learn, the respective groups you are joining – Accounting, Data Science, Development, Finance & Investments, Tax, and Technology – all play a crucial role in their own way in our mission of reinventing real estate as an asset class and delivering long-term compounding growth for our owners.   As you will also observe on your first day and throughout the summer, we are an unconventional real estate organization. Not only are we proud to consider ourselves dispassionate, data science-informed capital allocators but we are just as importantly an operating company within a real estate wrapper – one which is committed to raising the standards of an industry and redefining the experience of seniors housing residents, their families and employees.
