Dentologie is seeking a full-time Dentist that is: focused on providing outstanding treatment, eager to develop into the best version of themselves, and that will always be patient-first for our wonderful Ballard and Queen Anne practice(s)! - Compensation: 32.5% of adjusted net production (with daily rate through first three months). - Signing bonus: $5,000.00* - Robust PPO patient flow, averaging 50-60 new patients per month - 8-12 treatment patients per shift (plus hygiene checks with our hygienists) - Monday-Friday schedule (average 34-37 hours) w/1 Saturday per month. - Full benefits, including commuter allowance and scrubs - Vibrant employee culture and collaborative provider community - Ability to grow skillset through mentorship and annual Continued Education Doctor Development Track, including 3-month continuum with implant training and live endodontic workshops.
