When I spoke with Amazon customer support, they initially agreed for a pickup, but even after several days of waiting, the pickup never happened. During this time, a tragedy happened in the family. Two children accidentally ate the dry fruits and became seriously ill. I informed the Amazon customer support team immediately, but even after almost 18 days, they still haven’t come to any decision.
