Most AI rollouts fail for one reason: Leaders treat AI like it’s a software implementation instead of a behavior change. You don’t fix that with more tools or more training. You fix it by changing how people learn and work together. The carousel walks through the exact starting point I use with founders: - One workflow - Real work, done together in public - Clear standards - One metric that proves progress - And Champions (not committees) leading the way This is how adoption sticks. Not by force. By momentum. If you want your team to use AI, don’t “announce it.” Model it. Then scale what works. Curious: What workflow inside your business eats the most time right now? #TechLoveConsulting #AILeadership #AIAdoption #ChangeManagement #FutureOfWork

Most AI projects don’t fail because of the tech. They fail because of chaos. Too many tools. Too many dashboards. Too little connection. At Tailored Techworks, we call the alternative Calm AI; systems designed for clarity, not noise. + Map workflows before buying tools. + Build governance as you go, not after. + Train people to lead AI, not depend on it. When systems are calm, teams are confident. When processes are clear, trust grows. What’s one way your organization keeps AI adoption calm and controlled? #AIOrchestration #ResponsibleAI #NonprofitLeadership #TechForGood

I’ve been spending more time deep in the weeds of AI automations, agentic workflows, and vibe-coding tools, and one key theme keeps coming up in my conversations: A lot of companies aren’t getting the results they expected from AI. Not because the models aren’t capable, but because AI is being dropped into workflows that were never designed for it. A few patterns I routinely see: ▪️ If the workflow isn’t clear, the AI won’t save it. ▪️ Agentic systems aren’t a magic leap. They only work when every step, boundary, and dependency is defined. ▪️ Data access, brand voice, and tool selection matter more than people think. ▪️ Vibe-coding tools are accelerating fast. They’re making it possible to build software without waiting on engineering cycles. Teams that focus on workflows move faster, make better decisions, and create more room for high-impact work across growth and marketing. Where are you seeing practical AI wins inside your teams? And what’s still slowing you down? #AI #MarketingLeadership #DigitalTransformation #GrowthLeadership

I'm so lucky I have Boltive's head of product Christine Desrosiers as a thought partner as we're integrating AI into our team. The gap we talked about? Most companies are optimizing for what's possible. They should be optimizing for what's useful. Most teams start with: "What can this AI do?" They build a feature list. They demo capabilities. They pilot cool use cases. Product thinkers start with: "What problem are we solving, and will people actually use this?" It sounds like a small shift. It's not. Tech thinking builds for what the AI can do. Product thinking builds for whether your team will actually adopt it. The companies that figure this out aren't just building better AI agents. They're building agents people want to work with. Because the best AI in the world is useless if it sits unused after it's launched. — #AIImplementation #ProductThinking #MarketingLeadership

AI Should Create Confidence, Not Chaos If AI is creating more confusion, decisions, and meetings in a business, it isn’t strategy — it’s noise. True AI strategy brings clarity. It simplifies how work gets done, how decisions are made, and where time is spent. Leaders don’t need more AI features, dashboards, or “cool tools.” They need a clearer business — with AI removing friction, not adding to it. When AI makes the path forward simpler and more confident, that’s when it’s working. #USTSG #AILeadership #LeadWithPurpose #GrowWithIntelligence

Every company I talk to lands in the same debate: Should tech lead AI because they understand the tools? Or should business lead AI because they own the outcomes? Both sides have valid points, but both miss the bigger issue. AI isn’t about choosing teams. It’s about understanding your existing workflows and identifying where AI can actually fix real bottlenecks. At EffQual, we start with data-driven analysis, not assumptions, to map processes and find practical steps that bring clarity and sustainable momentum. It’s about working smarter, not harder, alongside you to tailor solutions that fit your unique challenges. If you’re tired of hype and want a grounded approach to AI that focuses on your real-world results, let’s have a conversation. Together, we can find the right path forward, without shortcuts or magic fixes. #WorkflowOptimization #DataDrivenDecisions #SustainableGrowth #SmarterProcesses

Designing AI That Actually Deliver: Over the last 48 months, I’ve had the opportunity to design and refine AI assistants that help teams work smarter and faster. What I’ve learned is that the real magic isn’t just in the model, it’s in how we guide it. When you combine clear outcomes, deterministic structure, and a deep understanding of user intent, the assistant becomes more than just a tool, it becomes a trusted extension of the team. As AI continues to evolve, I’m excited by how quickly we’re moving from single-use prompts to intelligent, purpose-built assistants and agents that can drive measurable business results. Curious how others are approaching AI enablement in their organizations, are you building assistants, experimenting with agents, or exploring something new entirely? #AIEnablement #CustomerSuccess #IntelligentSolutions #AIStudio #Innovation #LLM

#PeopleFirst - Tech and data alone don’t make an organisation AI-ready, people do. A successful AI-ready knowledge strategy takes a people-first approach to transformation. AI-ready organisations empower their teams to navigate complexity, embrace change, and turn knowledge into a competitive edge. Three Pillars of Human-Centred AI-Ready Knowledge Strategy: 👩🦰 AI Literacy: Equip everyone to understand and leverage AI. 🧑🏾🦱 User Adoption: Design AI for trust and usability. 🙋🏼🙋🏾♀️ 🤷🏻♀️Culture of Transformation: Make innovation a shared mindset. The Altuent AI Accelerator takes a People First approach. I've placed a link in comments if you want to read more about developing an AI knowledge strategy for your org, where to start, and what the first 90 days could look like. Hint: it starts with people.

The 9-to-5 model was designed for factories - not intelligence work. AI doesn’t clock in or out. It runs nonstop, learning, optimizing, and executing. Humans step in when creativity, judgment, or context is needed - then plug out again. Work is becoming modular. Teams are becoming fluid. Companies are becoming systems. The future org won’t measure hours. It’ll measure outcomes, loops, and leverage. We’re not employees in time slots anymore - we’re nodes in intelligent workflows. Follow for more unfiltered insights on how AI is rewriting how we work, build, and organize. #AIStartups #FutureOfWork #AIRevolution #Automation #OrgDesign #WorkCulture #BuildInPublic #plumoai
